THIS CAN BE A SUCCESSFUL FUNDRAISER
Back in the 1970's and 1980's, organizations were making $2,000-$3,000 with our silent art auction program. Now with this concept and the internet, we expect more. Your organization will receive 20% of Gross sales or 50% of the overage - whichever is greater, or up to 50% of revenue depending on item bid on. Payments will be made by credit card at conclusion of auction or checks made payable to your organization. Successful bidders will be notified the last day of the auction by E-mail. We make all the arrangements for delivery.

The original silent art auction (Shown Above) was organized by our company in the 1970’s and looked like this. It took a lot of effort to set it up and run the auction this way. Our concept now with the online auction limits the effort and increases the success with a variety of products and services that your members can bid on.

Administrative Details of Auction
  • All bidders will Email their bid to both auction evaluation center and fundraiser simultaneously / automatically.


  • Checks can be used to pay bysuccessful bidders. All checks will be made payable to your organization with check guarantee authorization backed by us ...

  • We will design and register a 200 page web site with your organizational name, or your auction can be run through our web site with your members using a password to place bids. To help with auction notification for your organization, we will set up a registration process that will create an email address database that you can later use for mailing lists.

RULES OF THE AUCTION FOR YOUR MEMBERS
  1. FURNITURE/RUGS/ACCESSORIES
    All items up for auction will include delivery within 50 miles of fundraising sponsor. There will be a charge for delivery outside the area. Call for pricing prior to bidding if this is a concern.


  2. ART
    All Artwork will come complete with frames, and will be boxed and delivered to your home, ready to hang.


  3. GIFTS / MIRRORS
    Gifts will be described on your bid slip and can be shipped UPS to your home. Mirrors can be boxed and shipped direct to your home, and will be ready to hang.
  4. TRAVEL / VACATIONS
    Dates and times are limited to availability or scheduled dates and do not include transportation. See bid slip for details.


  5. RESTAURANTS / ENTERTAINMENT Will include dinner for two or tickets for two. Certain limitations must be observed. Call us for details and limitations prior to bidding if this is a concern.
  6. Winner will obtain a gift certificate to be used as credit towards their charges.

  7. The percentage your organization will receive will vary from products to services. Check the bid slip for details.
