In the event of a tie bid at the close
of auction. The bid which was received first will be the winning
bidder. |

Proxy Bid I see on the bid slips? |

We will never let you over bid. Use our Proxy Bid system.
This is how it works.
- You place the maximum bid that you would be willing
to pay for an item. This is known as your Proxy Bid.
- If you should be outbid we will automatically raise
your bid by the items bid increment amount, to place you
as the winning bidder.
- Should your Proxy Bid amount be exceeded. You will be
notified by email that you have been out bid. You may
still bid on this item if you wish as long as you do so
before the close of the auction.

is going to benefit from the items I bid on? |

Payment will be on notification of
success. You may use your credit card or a check payable to

What if I bid on an item and
decide that I do not want it? |

Please do not bid unless your ready
to purchase. Exceptions can be made but it is not fair to
other bidders that bid on the same item and they were told
they were not successful. |
