them of the auction coming up. This is done on three different intervals
prior to the auction. First Introduce the auction, and give the date,
times and what the funds will be used for. Secondly, state that the
auction starts tomorrow, so log on to discover how you can bid on
products and services will benefit your organization. Third, email
your members to remind them or inform them how the auction is doing. |

Successful bidders will be notified by email. They will have
the option to pay by m/c, visa, amex or discover. There is an option
to pay by check made payable to your organization. We will do a
